Babies are born ready and searching for connection with their families and environment. Our mission at BORN to Connect is to foster these connections through lactation support, optimizing oral motor function, reflex integration, and newborn care.
Our goal is to help every family reach their highest potential.
We also strive to provide nurturing and non-judgmental support to all families, regardless of current feeding situation.

Breastfeeding
Sara is an experienced lactation consultant that can help with any of your breastfeeding challenges or questions from birth through weaning (whenever that may be).
Feeding is an intimate connection for parents and babies. Sara is honored to help nurture that connection with the families that she serves.
Oral Function
Sara is experienced in evaluating and treating oral ties. She takes time and care to evaluate the oral function of the infant. She then uses that to guide the treatment plan that will have the best outcomes for the baby.
She wants to help families understand the connection between oral function and how it impacts the function of the entire body.
Reflexes
Primitive reflexes present at birth are important for early feeding and survival in general.
By understanding and using this connection, we can help infants to learn to feed better and work through difficulties in oral or body functioning.
Proper integration of early reflexes is of vital importance to the long term health and function of the body.
Natural Living
Natural living can help promote health to the baby, mom, and environment.
Sara hopes to inspire and empower others to live naturally healthy lives and feel connected to nature.
